Sometimes I wish there was a "like" button on blogs! :)
I approved then and I approve now.
I did a colon hydrotherapy session last week, as a "cleansing boost" and in MY renegade moment, followed it up with THREE bottles of beer! (Yes, it WAS the day we received our travel date!) All I can say is... at least you're not an acupuncturist! Oy. My values escape me.
Makes me like ya even more!
